Orders will ship within 4-7 business days. Pre-ordered wigs will arrive within 4-6 business weeks. Business weeks exclude weekends, holidays, and sales. Please note that shipping times are approximate. You may receive your order earlier or later than expected. If later, you will always be notified by me. Your tracking information will be sent via email and/or text message. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packaging. I ship Monday-Friday only excluding Holidays.

All sales are final. I do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order for any questions or concerns. Before checking out, ensure that your shipping and billing address is correct. By proceeding to Checkout, you are consenting to the knowledge of this No Refund Policy, and will not ask for a Refund or Dispute charges at any time! If you dispute charges, you will be blocked from purchasing.

Pre-orders must be ordered from the manufacturers and the processing is 7-10 business days. If the customer cancels the order during this period, an order cancellation charge of 50% will be taken out of the credit. Our manufacturers do not allow us to return these items back to them, so in effect, Li’Shunte’s Crowned Mane absorbs the full cost of the items in the case of a cancellation. Therefore, to minimize these costs and maintain our standard of excellent prices, we charge a 50% cancellation fee. All In-Stock wigs will be charged 25% for cancellations. Once your order payment is processed, we incur irreversible fees. We understand that changes and cancellations happen, however, we are not responsible for the fees. Yes, while washing the units make sure to completely rinse the product out the lace/cap and braiding hair. To prevent smell, you need to completely dry your unit with a hooded dryer, blow dryer, or let it air dry.

Lightly spray freeze spray on the inside of the cap and completely dry.

You contact the carrier (USPS or UPS) with your tracking number available.

If the items are sent back, you will be charged a $15 re-shipping fee.
